The purpose of this group is to support more families who want to raise confident eaters. What does it mean to be a confident eater? To me this means your child is happy to explore and try new foods, they get the key nutrients they need and have room for “fun” foods. They are allowed to self-regulate and are able to trust their own internal hunger and satiety cues. They are growing up to have a positive relationship with food and their bodies. This means you have learned to be a confident and responsive feeder, trusting your child was born an intuitive eater and removing all the food and body shame our society throws at us.
Join this group to gain support from other parents with the same goals in mind. I’ll be sharing tips and resources to help you on this journey.
